The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warn that cases of a respiratory virus that has put more than 1,000 children in intensive care could explode across the country in the coming weeks.
This rare virus is called Enterovirus 68 which starts out with either no symptoms or only mild cold- like symptoms. Some infections can be serious but so far, no deaths have been reported due to the recent outbreak.
The CDC reports that there are suspected outbreaks across 10 states including: Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Oklahoma. It is spread through close contact and the number can increase now that the children are back at school. To help reduce the risk of infection it is recommended to wash your hands frequently with soap and water and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
Are we all human guinea pigs in a bad government experiment? Where did this really start? Could this be related to the influx of children coming into America without any medical records or possibly vaccines? We have many people working in restaurants that are handling and preparing foods without being required to go for a physical before being hired because they have no health insurance which is another issue altogether. In my opinion, this seems like a planned map of how quickly something introduced would spread and that a pharmaceutical company will miraculously come up with a vaccine to cure it. All these questions have one common denominator and that is our government is responsible for all these things in some shape or form.
Whatever the reason the Enterovirus 68 appeared the fact remains that the children in this country belong to us… we all have a responsibility to care about all children. If you don’t then you just aren’t human as there may even be children who die from this virus before it’s over.
